if i may.. papaD. my take on papaD is that he's a cut out for some anon on the street somewhere. for some reason, papaD represents someone else's drunken conversation that alexander downer "overheard" (re: electronically snooped on thanks to 5 eyes). downer acts on this information and papaD's name is chosen from a random generator and they read in an actor (whoever papaD really is) to play a psyop role. papaD (the actor on twitter) isn't even aware of all the details. he's given a script. the rest is classified.
