Maxine Waters Dig from a Q thread on another forum. We all follow the Q posts and many of us read here. This was good and I wanted to share it in case it hasn’t been shared here yet….
I looked at the address of the property she, Maxine Waters, shows on the Financial Disclosure Linked in the Q Drop that is in Houston and Listed as an "Asset" or "Unearned Income"
Funny Thing Though…
Property has been legally owned by Christian Easterly since 2014 & The Income is From 2016 FY
The Harris County Appraisal District Records also show that is is a vacant lot.
Begs the Question How Do You Generate $1001-$15,000 Annual Income Off a Vacant Lot You Do NOT Own?
Especially a Lot That is In a Shitty Part of Town /See Map Linked Here 2201 Kirk Street
The Lot is Worth $14,625 Per Harris County Appraisal District Records
So You Are Telling Me You Can Generate $1001-$15000 a Year Off a Vacant Lot Worth Only $14,625 In a Shitty Part of a City?
Did a Little Digging on the Real Owner of 2201 Kirk Street a Mr. Christian Easterly
Chrissy Lives at 2240 Branard Street a Much Nicer Part of Houston Per the Owner's Address on the Appraisal District Records for 2201 Kirk Street.
Funny Thing Though - When You Look Up 2240 Branard Street - That Home is Owned by Dimitri & Jennifer Georgantas & They Live Next Door at 2236 Branard Street - They Actually Own That Home Too Each is Worth About $500,000 or $1,000,000 Total - They Also Own Two More Properties at $250,000
