The clock is still the same on the :23 it is a countdown that runs in reverse with the post. 2/23/19 is the end of this phase. Pain :23 but POTUS confirmed Monday as 11:11 we are counting that backwards.
2/23/19 is the date 10/30/17
2/22/19 is the date 10/31/17 and so on
