If the article is correct, this is new information. reports at time were only of exec who was giving bribes getting jail time. And only for generic money laundering or something. Needless to say DOJ set bar really low.
It is also possible this is a typo in the article should be U1 instead of FBI or something…. I have no sauce, just seems contrary to reporting at the time….
