Is POTUS really going to sign this horrible border deal? Even if he plans on funding the wall through other means, the other crap the dems put in is worse than the one he refused to sign before the shutdown.

I don't see how him signing this crap can be viewed as a win for anyone other than the Dems. I really hope he tells them to fuck off.
