I don't think so.

ADSB does not appear to have any coverage over that part of AFrica.

Flightaware shows a few commercial flights

ADSB relies on a network of volunteers who install ADSB data receivers to pick up digital signals from planes' ADSB transponders and feed the data to a web server. There are many parts of the world where there simply is no coverage.

It's not that there are no flights …

the flights are either not using ADSB and/or there's no crowd-sourced receivers on the ground to pick up the signals and forward them to the ADSBexchange server

Notice ADSB has coverage around some coastal areas of Africa, and a ton of coverage in the Middle East and Med and EU.

There are interior Africa flights, but we cannot see them.
