School of Choice and NOT taxing and FORCING "education" on Americans are moves that must be made NOW. It's not going to be hard to solve. We just need AMERICANS to come up with working models so that then when it's time to light the candle on that American Rocket known as "DEMAND", then we'll have something to offer the children. There are good schools popping up everywhere, and I am about to fully engage an honest social experiment in my hometown(s) in Wyoming starting here VERY soon that I believe will be a pivotal turning point in American Education.
