CICIG is the United Nations' "anti corruption" body operating in Guatemala. The US State Department has given them over $40 million dollars since 2007. So he runs a House of "culture" with two different names and two addresses. He runs a "church" which houses a "music school" for kids. He claims to be a "journalist". He started a plumbing company named "Nexus Communications". Shortly after he gets sued by Virgina Based Nexus Communications. He has connections to an outfit supported by the United Nations and Hussein's State Dept. Byron Vasquez glows.
