Need some digging on this Othmer Institute and what kinds of breakthroughs it's reponsible for.

They seem to be heavily into biochemistry, but I'm also finding things on nuerotherapy and a wide variety of PP agenda pushing.

It's often referred to as the "research arm" of PP.
