Nah, they have all it takes to do it themselves, blacks are amazing with music - actual music (intelligent or not).
I mean come on…. jazz, blues, bebop, early rock, R&B, soul, funk, Hendrix, Fela Kuti/afrobeat - ooh, reggae, almost forgot.
The invention, creativity, performing abilities are just amazing… new forms and ideas all over, all the time.
Then rap came, and has sorta different phases but basically we’re still stuck at the same damn place as decades ago.
Such a shame.
Be proud, blacks, we know you can be awesome… you can do it!
