The USAspending.gov site has a great tool once you have the correct duns# or company name. Under "Profiles" key in a name or a duns# and it will give you a semi complete eyeball of how much money they've rec'd over time, the top five agencies that funded the money and the codes for what work they've done. It defaults to the trailing 12 month total but you can change it to suit your curiosity.

 

Also, the companies will show as a parent, child or recipient (in the case of loans and grants) -

 

I used planned parenthood as an example - you can see how many of them there are!
