If POTUS takes a couple billion when he wanted 5.7 billion they'll say he caved. If POTUS shuts down the government they'll say the shutdown is his fault.
Like no one saw thisby the usual suspects ry coming, or that POTUS doesn't have a plan for this exact scenario?
