Is it possible Bill Cooper was being fed or came across documents intended to identify leakers? Bait?
Maybe the low hanging fruit that hackers obtain from our DOD computers is in fact bait and disinformation? AT least some of it?
They seem to be able to keep secrets when they really want to.
