Looks like they have stealth amnesty in this bill.
i'd say this is a land mine.
They are purposely trying to tie his hands and limit his ability to do his job as President by passing laws with language like this.
Make no mistake this is a disaster. We can all only hope that all these land mines are exposed asap.

Amazon and all the corp entities got a huge tax break on the last TAX CUT bill.
They do not need any more tax breaks.
They need to spend more and stop stock buybacks, stop importing cheap H1bs and pay US workers.
Enough of the taxpayer incentives. They just got a permanent tax break.
I have had a running theory that this now confirms.
The reason the FISA declass won't happen directly from POTUS is because of this OBJ justice invest.
Mueller is running this.
If Declass comes directly from POTUS, DOJ/FBI will come running for him and charge him.
He may have ordered the declass but he can't directly release them - they boxed him in.
And DOJ/FBI is still trying to protect their asses. Thus the reason the docs aren't getting to House/Sen Committees.
Wray/RR still playing cover up of their misdeeds to protect their agencies.
