Has anyone confirmed that Q's image from 7/26/17 is actually North Korea?

I'm not trying to rain on anybody's parade, and I haven't really looked through the archives, but as far as I can tell nobody's found the location yet.
I think Anon's onto something with the synchronized clock idea, but we need to find the place in Q's pick to make it irrefutable. I've just spent the last 4-5 hours combing through Pyongyang, Nampo, and Donggang to see if I could figure it out myself, but no luck. There's just too much ground for one person to cover.
IMO, I don't think the location is in North Korea. There are very few complicated overpasses, and areas with "fancier" architecture are more spread-out than the picture. I could be wrong--there are certainly thing in Pyongyang that caught my attention...but the building with the larger windows in the lower-left center doesn't seem like anything I've seen out there. From what I've seen, China seems like the best bet: their roads get complicated, and their architecture matches this in several places.
I was reading the news, and found that the OFAC added more people to its sanction list recently:

North Korea was getting most of its illegal trade through Dandong, China (that's where the "eye" picture comes from):

There's also mention in the OFAC's list of Shenyang, China, and Beijing.
If you're burned out, see if you can figure out where the pic is. It's fun, but that much earth needs a lot of anons.
Oh, and Q asked where the money goes--it goes to Malta, and other offshore tax havens like it--you'll see their name came up a -lot- today on that SDN list :) Some people just got fucked big time...
