Seems like it will go to the SC for a decision. Once he authorizes a bill, how can he over ride it with an EO. A National Emergency is totally different from an EO. Let's see how the cookie crumbles.
One thing I do know without doubt, Potus loves this country and it's people. He will not do anything to further harm us. He knows he can't veto this bill because he won't allow people to go without a paycheck again. The goal was accomplished.
