Something isn’t adding up for

Me. Clowns are run by Gina. She should be able to stop any funds moving from clowns to bezos. Is there someone else with more authority overriding or is the rogue clown army so big that it can generate that kind of coin through Illicit activities and pay cash? Also Why would they still have access if it was a formally controlled clown database?
