He will definitely not like lockup in Crook County. And "filing a false police report" in Illinois can be either a misdemeanor or felony. Depends on the extent of the deception (which is QUITE extensive in this case). I don't remember if he called 911 but that's something separate from the police report and would definitely be a felony.

Forgot to add the Cook County State's Attorney is a goddamned joke. She could do something about the fuckin crime but she doesn't. They're easy on criminals. She may not even bring charges even if there's probable cause.
