PINDAR is the name of the underground military citadel underneath the Ministry of Defence in London, England where the COBRA committee meetings are held. So if Pindar is the top of the Pyramid of the Global Illuminati then it seems to be pointing at something in Britain. Perhaps a member of the Royal family or perhaps some shadowy figure who holds the real power in England but is not Royal. There are lots of oddities in England. For instance something like 90% of the land in London is owned by one man. Many senior people there do not have names, instead they have titles, which tends to obscure their identities.

This does not mean that Queen Elizabeth II is also a matriarch because we do not know for sure how they transfer power, or what is the true genealogy of these bloodlines. It would seem more likely that a younger woman took charge, if these matriarchs really were satanist matriarchs. We don't even have a lot of evidence to corroborate that and if there is a hidden power it is to their benefit for people to think somebody else is really in charge.
