Who is the Commander and Chief of the military?

Under what article can the President impose MI take over investigations for the 3 letter agencies? What conditions must present itself? Why is this so VERY important? Who surrounds POTUS? They lost this very important power _ the one area of the govt not corrupt and directly serves POTUS.

Does "think mirror" have to be strictly about numbers?

A mirror "reflects" an image; reflect can also mean "reproduce" as in "the followers reflect the views of the leader". Not that the followers think exactly what the leader thinks or that they have some numeric inverse to his thoughts.

I'm just wondering if the "KEY" mentioned in Q's Oct 29th post is the "clock start" moment with the Q posts that followed being a general time table approach instead of a by-the-second-algorithmic-execution kind of precision?

You can count the people who have the full picture on two hands.

Of those (less than 10 people) only three are non-military.

Why is this relevant?

Game theory.

Outside of a potential operator who has been dialed-in w/ orders (specific to his/her mission) nobody else has this information.

Operators never divulge.

If I understand the definition of game theory correctly, built into the system would have to be flexibility to account for changes in the decisions of opponents. So a strict mathematical timetable that is inflexible would restrict the more flexible models allowed by game theory.
