Is there a clear concise document and or meme being created that can be shared on social media yet?

I know - do one myself - I would but I do not fully understand it completely myself and I have been coming here daily since end of October. The posts that Q made that are more commentary like this one - are hard for me to reconcile to the formula presented last night.
