Would like to continue this discussion….was offline when Q came because I'm working on Information Warfare thread (on disinfo, controlling the narrative, Alabama muh russia campaign, etc) so I'm intensely interested, especially about the "high follower count" targeting.
I can understand the idea of a "deep in narrative" mob–this would be a True Believer type–passionate, committed.
Does this differ from a "high follower count" group in that the latter is rather like an unthinking (shallower) group but easily led (by the deep-in-narrative group)? Is it when you put the two together that it becomes very dangerous?
Also, are Q's comments addressed to Sather, to anons, or to both? Sather has a more extreme position, since he is into the current existence of a space force, off-worlders, etc., so he (his position) would be more vulnerable than that of an anon who does not openly endorse what Sather does.

Been pondering this too. Current thoughts:
Any anons who've taken a public role in this fight and who have become influential voices with large followings should expect that attacks will intensify. And that the attacks may become more subtle and more nuanced and trickier to navigate. Our enemy specializes in deception and co-optation.

"Deep in narrative" mob can be directed to believe ANYTHING. They are under mind control. We've all seen the lies they've swallowed about POTUS, Kavanaugh, etc etc etc.
It's possible Q is warning anons in the spotlight to be on guard against subversion, co-optation and smear campaigns. The enemy is undoubtedly attempting to set them up to fail: be on guard. (As I'm sure they're well aware!)
