Yeah, I'm sorry, but that bill sounds like a trap, and if Congress can over-ride Trump's veto, he should force them to do so, thereby preserving the support for his reelection by his base.
If she's complaining about this bill the President is about to sign, then she's right. It is a trap.
Trump should veto it, and if the Congress over-rides his veto, then so be it.
