what if POTUS has zero intentions of signing this bill? maybe he's bluffing to make the enemy comfy before unleashing hell tomorrow morning. if he declares a national emergency then I have a feeling it's the big MOAB that we've all been waiting for. he won't need s spending bill to fund the government. i think that is why they are freaking the fuck out right now.
