The watch in your video does not have a chronograph (fancy-pants way of saying "stopwatch").
What you think is a second hand in the Q photo is not a seconds hand for the watch. It's the seconds hand for the chronograph. The seconds hand for the watch is the small dial at the bottom, pointing to the 8 (40 seconds).
