What if the NE/wall never gets to the SC on a legal challenge bc POTUS is holding the leverage of RBG being totally incapacitated?

Watch for the Dems to posture a legal challenge only for it to die early on.

They don't want him drawing attention to RBG right now. He's going to bluff them on the release of that info like he just did on the CR. He probably has negotiated sitting on it, for now.
