Guys what if Trump is signing the Shit Bill on purpose in order to get cases in front of the Supreme Court. I don't think that Congress has the authority to limit executive powers in the way they are trying to, it violates the separation of powers.
It's not that simple when they are trying to restrict executive power. If it were that simple, they could just defund every single executive agency and make POTUS live out of a hotel on his own dime.
