Here's my take: Mueller planned to indict Trump on some BS charge, and RR would have approved the indictment since Sessions was recused. Such a move would have given the House immediate ammo to Impeach and the Swine Media would have went wild. Whitaker interrupted their timing, because RR was removed from that decision. Mueller now has to submit his report and it will be subject to extreme inspection, so it must be factual. Now Barr is there to prosecute the evidence Sessions was tasked to gather. Game Set Match
