Step 1: Threaten to "shut down" the government if a spending bill on the wall is not passed by Congress.

Step 2: Wait for it … wait for it … the Dems come up with an obviously anti-American bill that funds a token amount for the wall, dare McConnell to bring it to the Senate floor, and double-dog dare POTUS to sign it, assuming that he won't and the American people will be outraged at yet another government "shut down."

Step 3: McConnell calls the bluff and holds a vote. Not surprisingly, enough RINO's side with the Dems to get it passed. Were there secret conversations assuring the RINO's they could do this and not be hurt? (hehe)

Step 4: POTUS "wants" to sign it, but you know … work gets in the way … and he's about to sign it, when McConnell calls for Congress to adjour now that the "important work of the American people has been completed."

Step 5: Wait for it … wait for it … Pelosi says no way, not until POTUS signs that bill.

Step 6: POTUS says, well we can't have this … the House and Senate can't agree on adjournment? Oh, wait … lookie here , I can do it myself, and decide for how long Congress will be POWERLESS TO DO A DAMN THING.

Step 7: Bring the Pain.
