Look at the bigger picture, what will happen when a 2A challenge goes to a SC that has judges who will follow the Constitution? Think optics, optics important to who? Think about it and you'll start to understand why things were and are being done the way they are. Sometimes the path to the goal posts are best played with fake moves.
