Q, is Trump even aware that the Border Bill PROHIBITS him from building a wall in certain areas known as high drug & child-trafficking areas? Is Your Boss, the President- aware that the bill makes it illegal to deport or turn back any adult who shows up at the border with an underage child, whether a relative or non-relative?

Outside of your mutual-admiration society/information bubble, it is being reported that these measures were placed in the bill, knowing of Trump's next move (emergency declaration,) in order to circumvent it. This was reported by every decent libertarian/conservative voice on radio, and some indecent ones too. I am trying to understand why Q is posting on EVERYTHING BUT that subject.
