it's from LA but i can guarantee you no soldier is going to drag dirty nukes across the ground and the Army wouldn't shutdown just one city block. my unit's SOP for detainees in Iraq was to hook the evidence bag to the rear detainee and have them drag the bag so we could have all guns up.
load order is based on unit SOP or the guidance of either the PL or PSG. if all seats on the bird are full the detainee will sit on the floor between the rear two sets of seats. tight squeeze but it's doable .
