I read somewhere (sorry no sauce) that the building was some sort of chemical lab. I'm wondering if this was a fentanyl production facility (because they haven't been able to get it across the border successfully), and there was a plan to contaminate the water. Looks like they're in hazmat suits…is the fentanyl production process hazardous like meth? Watch the water?
