I agree with you there. I want to see every single dirty person busted. But unfortunately a grand scale plan this massive, we need the help of the lower level guys to get the higher level players. Alot of swamp people didnt intend to be dirty, but they get pulled in, blackmailed, etc, and become dirty by accident. Maybe he wont get off free, but will get a much lighter sentence for his help.
