Y'all misunderstand. Lynching had nothing to do with her.

Implication was the lynching law was passed (by them) so when "(((they))) are unable to walk the streets" it will be illegal to lynch them via the nearest tree, like we used to do in the old west (where this bullshit never happened).

Proof for me, that deterrent worked better than letting everybody do what they want with no consequences, like is common place now.
