I'm with you there, I'm more concerned with the shutdown aspect, I think the courts run out of funding at 12:00, if he doesn't sign it, then waits till midnight to sign the emergency declaration, They could not challenge him due to closed courts right? Then the shitty part of government goes away as well correct? Could be a double kill shot,on top of finding out what republicans would vote for that junk
