Unfortunately it's not that simple. There are myriads of different things they could be using. Too many to guess at. Adrenochrome is a blanket term. While it is real, is pretty much a stimulant. Similar to meth, but slighty different pathways and nuero transmittes are used. Plus you dont get the dopamine rush like you do from meth. It's a ceremonial drug. Much like ibogain, ayuhuasca, peyote, etc, But no fun. Think Datura. That's the stuff witches used back in the day, and still do to a certain extent
