Ice wouldn't have that effect.

 

The time needed for a cremation is determined by how long it takes to reduce the bones to smaller bone fragments which can later be ground into powder.

 

What does she think ice would do? Counteract the heat of the furnace for the entire duration of the cremation? This woman has obviously never cremated anyone.
