I thought that re: Kavanaugh hearings that if he was voted in after the SCOTUS opened, that the LAW said that he could still join in before the next session. It would be that he couldn't vote on any case that he had not participated in oral discussion?

If RGB is voting, and it appears that she is, doesn't she have to participate in oral discussions?

All we need for proof that SCOTUS is following the LAW, is some video of her oral arguments via skype (?)
