Why wouldn't POTUS Veto the bill and make the Congress go through the motions of over riding the veto? By then, everyone would be aware of all of the landmines in the bill. Bad optics for those who put funding gov't employees over protection of the citizenry.
Except these positions and many of her others, are designed to destroy the family unit, which is step 1 of a communist revolution.
