love the water, so went inland and sought whitewater and waterfalls and a different kind of salve for the soul.

my college buddy bought 80 acres with a river running through it…
i got 40 acres and a waterfall on a creek…

winter isn't bad until you get into the east coast or up into the northern rockies….
land cost is rising in TX, especially riverfront.
AR is similar, but still has some decent prices.
best pricing is eastern OK, in the hills of the Ozark and Ouachita mountains.

in my state, it is John Cornyn - i will actively campaign against him.
he is onviously on the take in some way connected to an unsecure border.
the rest are as well, regardless of their rhetoric.
it's in plain sight for any to see after this bill…
