Poor argument. There is also no constitutional right to eat apples or bread, to own an automobile or to get married. We wouldn't conclude those rights don't exist. They do, and are protected via the Tenth Amendment from federal encroachment.
The pertinent question is whether or not the President and/or Congress has been granted the authority to regulate migration across the borders. They do.
