The Constitution only codifies natural rights. They aren’t given & they can’t be removed.
Keep in mind, it won’t stop armed goons from taking your guns by force…but the Constitution would help protect you in court…if you survived.
Not a lawfag, but I’m pretty sure the powers of the executive branch cover national borders & would probably supercede any local authorities if they are are the national border.
