It's a terrible law which is why no one has ever been SUCCESSFULLY prosecuted
under it. It is for this reason that its constitutionality has never been challenged. Until
someone gets convicted by it, nobody has standing. It likely violates the
1st Amendment (at least, that's what often gets brought up).
Yeah, he will. Just because you like the law doesn't make it a viable option.
We also don't get to selectively ignore the right to free speech
when it
suits us.
