I'm sure ((they)) would if they could. I trust POTUS, our military, /our guys/ in the NSA, and Anon's who know to be vigilant and report anything suspicious.
I assume it is harder to fight against guerrilla warfare (lone shooters) vs large scale attacks because of the money and planning a large attack would require.
This is a military op and I'm sure all the people with the motive (bad actors), the funding, and the ability to plan a large attack are being watched like Hawks.
