Your falling for a bullshit argument and falling into their trap.
There are 3 possibilities:
-
RBG is alive and well. Low probability call it 20%.
-
RBG is moderately to severely incapacitated and while alive, is not functioning well. Call it 60%.
-
Sheded. Again call it 20%.
They are claiming thtat we argue 3 and 3 alone. If they get us to take the bait, they claim 80% odds and we 20%. This is stupid as your oppenent is only successful if number one is true.
Further anons never claimed 3 only, as we know if 2 or 3 then she likely cannot serve on the court. So argue this point. "We argue that she is either incapacitated or dead, thus we have an 80% chance of success. You require that she is alive and fairly fit, because otherwise she might not serve."
Don't let them trap you and steal 60% of your odds. That's stupid.
