The only feasible thing I can see happening is deepstate activating all the cartels for literal war. Maybe Hussein sent more guns (and more) than we originally thought.
No cartel paycheck = go across the border and steal, rape, kill all you want, Mad Max style, guerilla warfare, everything you can think of.
Kind of goes against my general understanding that war/catastrophe will be averted and we're going to experience relative peace but who knows at this point.
