As one anon posted it depends on your Browser. Firefox it displayed as I have tried chrome it doesn't work. try different browser see if it's working. On chrome it is definitely being blocked for me as It gives glimpse of video before saying not available. If it's not the browsers maybe the inet providers, but highly doubt. So basically saying Jack is blocking certain regions from viewing said video.
