I don't see a triple helix. For reference collagen (proteins that make our muscles) assembles into a triple helix and this looks nothing like that.

A little confused about the DNA ladders as well? They look like the WTC because that is what it looks like when you run them through a gel. The size of the lane on the gel dictates that they will run in a rectangular shape. The gel matrix forms a jelly-like sieve (made of agarose for DNA gels) so things that are small (low molecular weight) move quick and things that are big (high molecular weight) move slower.

 

Also humans have 46 chromosomes?
