I like to preface this kind of narrative with a 'this is how it seems'.
I usually write a narrative like this as fiction and it's because I can't prove these things other than 'just see it' and you can almost tell.
Most are good. That includes the soldiers and military personnel who have to back up the aristocratic poser diplomat types
Please take my narrative about the corruption as a fictional commentary about how things 'seem' to be. It's a kind of political-science fiction and cross genre of vampires and sex cult politics novels, but still a fiction.
